Our Story

LIV Construction was founded on real-world experience gained over decades in the construction industry.

​

The journey began at a young age, working alongside local masonry contractors and landscaping companies. After graduating, that experience expanded into commercial construction, contributing to major projects such as steel build-outs in downtown Richmond. From there, hands-on work continued with local residential builders across a wide range of construction and remodeling projects.

This foundation led to the launch of a small landscaping business, followed by earning a Class A Residential Builder license and officially establishing LIV Construction. Today, that same work ethic, discipline, and pride in craftsmanship carry through every project we complete.
